    Looks so good. I need to learn how to make those green and red sauces. I asked a restaurant once about the red sauce and they said they deep fry manzano peppers. They were expensive and I don’t remember being impressed by the recipe I followed. Any tips or recipe you can share?

    I’ve eaten tacos at about 100 different taco trucks in various cities in the US and Mexico and those are on a whole other level. The best I have ever seen by a wide margin.
